Brined in herbs, the naturally raised chicken is dredged in flour and spices, oven baked, then flashed fried on a cast iron skillet. It is topped with red-wine and olive oil vinaigrette coleslaw, and placed between two crispy waffles. You can choose from sesame soy sauce or a tangy, sweet and spicy gochujang sauce.

Korean BBQ Wrap

Sirloin steak is sliced thinly and marinated with Korean BBQ sauce including apples, soy sauce, sesame, and other herbs and spices, cooked on a cast iron skillet. Half of pound of steak is placed on a warm bed of premium medium grain white rice, topped with red-wine and olive oil vinaigrette and mung bean sprouts, all wrapped in rice wrapper and green lettuce sprinkled with sesame seeds. You can choose from sesame soy sauce or a tangy, sweet and spicy gochujang sauce.
